I never get tired of looking up along the way.
Perhaps there are so many reasons that I forget to do this; but when I remember, the view is astounding.
I forget my questions, concerns, hesitations.
I get lost in the fervent canopy, devoured by the imponderous atmosphere, and relieved of my enduring gravitation.
A calmness ensues as I indulge my senses with what is so close, but so missed in daily routines and commitments.
A reminder to pause. Look. Smell. Breathe. Encourage myself with the appreciation that the picture is much bigger when the borders are forgotten.
